You will work with schools, lead activities, discuss observations with families, and coordinate with community partners to meet needs while maintaining confidentiality and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree acceptable.
• Willingness to work on call and flexible hours.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Willingness to obtain additional training or certifications.
• Commitment to the mission of Red Rock Behavioral Health Services.

Responsibilities

• Observe student behaviors in a classroom setting in collaboration with school systems.
• Meet with families to discuss activities and observations.
• Lead activities for individuals and groups.
• Participate in group outings and ensure safety for consumers and families.
• Network with community partners to meet needs of children and families.
• Maintain core competencies related to co-occurring disorders through ongoing education.
