Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Aide in Oklahoma City. This full-time role supports consumers and families by assisting with daily activities in home, school, and community settings to maintain family stability.

The position requires observing student behavior, coordinating with families, and leading individual and group activities while ensuring safety and confidentiality. On-call flexibility and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/equival ent or Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be willing to work on call and flexible hours.
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to obtain additional learning & development training or training certifications.
• Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS

Responsibilities
