Your Role
  1. In-House Sales Training: Serve as an in-house trainer for core commercial skills, including Consultative Selling, Strategic Selling with Perspective, Conceptual Selling with Perspective, Territory Sales Planning, Negotiation Skills, Techno-Commercial Skills, Data & Digital Skills, delivered both in-person and virtually.
  2. Sales Coaching Practices: Collaborate with commercial team managers to enhance sales coaching practices, including continuous upskilling and data-driven performance conversations.
  3. Skills Gap Analysis: Partner with regional leadership to identify performance gaps in skills, behavior, or mindset and recommend appropriate interventions.
  4. Digital Tools Utilization: Promote adoption of digital tools like SFDC CRM and sales dashboards for actionable insights.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Influence and drive adoption of learning initiatives among stakeholders, fostering a continuous learning mindset.
  6. Training Management: Organize and coordinate training sessions, collaborating with SMEs and across teams to meet deadlines.
  7. Quality and KPIs: Ensure high-quality training delivery and content relevance, aligning KPIs with stakeholders and reporting progress.
  8. Embedding HIC Culture: Foster MilliporeSigma’s high-impact culture (HIC) behaviors within the team.
  9. Training Coordination: Support logistical needs for training sessions based on location requirements.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or related experience
  • 5-7+ years in commercial roles within the Biopharma/Life Science industry
  • Experience in coaching and training, including collaboration with SMEs and managing complex education projects
  • Ability to perform training needs analysis and design tailored learning experiences
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, approximately 20% in LATAM and US
  • Fluent in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in any discipline
  • Over 3 years in sales or commercial leadership roles
  • Certified Trainer in core B2B commercial skills
  • Certification in Coaching
  • Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Stakeholder management experience in complex organizations

Role must be based in Burlington, MA, or LATAM.
