Job summary

Rocket Pest Control is seeking Outside Sales Professionals to generate and close new leads, upsell services, and build lasting relationships with customers. You will conduct home and property inspections, develop tailored proposals, and drive growth within your designated territory.

The role requires visiting homes/commercial sites, presenting full-service solutions, and thriving in a results-driven environment. Full-time exempt position with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be 21 years of age with 5 years driving history.
• Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass company drug screen and/or substance abuse testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home inspections and/or commercial site evaluations and prepare a specific proposal for the homeowner’s or business needs.
• Build value for customers by explaining each service offered and creating full-service solutions.
• Prospect for new business, gather information about customer needs, present customized solutions and close the sale.
• Establish new customer contacts, prospect for fresh leads, follow up on leads, and network to stay abreast of market activities.
