Job summary

Maxim Crane Works LP in the United States (Kansas region) is seeking a Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for existing and potential customers. You will visit job sites and offices to demonstrate Maxim's crane capabilities and build lasting relationships.

This role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, a BA/BS in a related field, and strong communication and CRM/MS Office skills. You will coordinate bids, advise on lift plans, and travel locally to maximize service

Qualifications

• 2+ years' prior experience in Sales.
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced communication skills and strong customer service aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to the job sites of existing customers.
• Visits offices/job sites of former and potential customers to explain Maxim's capabilities and products.
• Establishes, grows, and maintains customer relationships locally.
• Coordinates office visits, site visits, and job planning meetings with Branch Manager and/or Regional Sales and Marketing Director.
• Prepares bids and provides technical advice on crane types and lift solutions.
• Advises on asset availability by timeframe and location.
• Advises on crane lifting plans (3D lift planning).
• Resolves disputes pertaining to customer issues.
• Acts as primary liaison between customer and Maxim Crane.
