Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a sales professional to partner with contract hardware distributors, negotiate profitable quotes, and close revenue for the Door Security Solutions lines. This role emphasizes relationship building, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will train distributors, coordinate product trainings, and ensure alignment with specifications while traveling as needed, in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• College or university degree required; related curricula preferred.
• 2–3 years of industry-related experience in distribution and multi-line sales in door & hardware or related fields.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contract hardware distributors and their teams.
• Solicit, follow-up, and negotiate quotes to close profitable sales for Door Security Solutions product lines.
• Manage distributor programs and promotions to drive discretionary revenue.
• Coordinate distributor training and ensure quotes reflect ASSA ABLOY specifications.
• Lead distributor business reviews and product/solution training sessions.
• Resolve product and field service issues and maintain distributor shelf space.
