Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is seeking a versatile service-and-sales associate to perform pest control treatments outdoors, build client rapport, and upsell additional services. You will work in varied environments—from crawl spaces to outdoor properties—while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Eligible candidates are self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, coaching-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must build rapport with customers and work independently or in teams.
• Must be able to thrive in a coaching and feedback-driven environment.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather and in confined spaces.
• Must be willing to relocate or commute to service region as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and home maintenance.
• Quote customers for termite prevention services and related treatments.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and products.
• Document service details in the FieldRoutes CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Travel within a designated territory to perform 14–20 service visits per day.
