Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a customer-focused Sales Associate to drive in-store growth with The Home Depot across the U.S. You will deliver expert product knowledge, support marketing initiatives, and execute promotions to maximize sales and brand presence.

You will participate in training programs, build strong retailer relationships, and manage inventories while adhering to safety standards. A dynamic, retail-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver's license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, etc. Air travel will be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and using ladders as needed.
• Must work nights and weekends; retail hours may require shifting schedules.
• MS Office proficiency; multilingual abilities preferred.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell‑through.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell‑through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising, product placement, and store resets; leverage data analytics through Power BI to drive decisions.
• Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles and competitive dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s world-class training program to be equipped with knowledge to work independently within your market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution and cultivate partnerships.
• Effectively manage inventory levels through down-stocking and prompt reporting of duties.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support innovation and timely placement of products, while adhering to safety protocols.
