Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales for premier product lines at The Home Depot nationwide. You will enhance selling, account management, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment, supporting brand marketing initiatives and strategic merchandising to maximize sell-through.

The role requires travel to assigned store locations, ability to work nights and weekends, and strong organizational skills with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell-through.
• Leverage data analytics through Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members.
