Job summary

TTI (Techtronic Industries) seeks a proactive sales associate to drive market share in The Home Depot and other retail partners. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and leverage Power BI insights to optimize merchandising and promotions.

You will participate in training programs and build lasting relationships with store teams, contributing to growth across multiple brands and product lines.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Ability to travel to store locations and events.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets through in-store demos and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotions, demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and drive sell-through.
• Maintain merchandising standards and use Power BI for data-driven decisions.
