Job summary

TTI (Techtronic Industries) is recruiting for a field-based sales and merchandising role supporting The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sell-through through in-store events and data-driven merchandising strategies.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, have strong product knowledge, and are comfortable with travel and occasional evenings/weekends. A valid US driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging customers to understand needs and recommend TT I product solutions.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and store objectives, leveraging data analytics to drive decisions.
