Job summary

TTI (Techtronic Industries) seeks a dynamic Field Sales Associate to drive premier product lines at The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, deliver product solutions, and coordinate in-store events, demonstrations, and merchandising resets to maximize sell-through.

Applicants should be 21+, eligible to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. The role requires travel, flexible hours, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to pass drug screening and MVR checks.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year.
• Personal vehicle and valid auto insurance required.
• Occasional travel to stores and meetings; air travel may be required.
• Must transport company property and equipment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
• Able to work nights and weekends; full-time retail environment.
• MS Office proficiency required; bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and store objectives.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s Training Program to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members.
• Manage inventory levels and report on tasks.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support product, innovation and growth.
