Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth in Home Depot across the United States. You will execute retail strategies, deliver product demonstrations, and engage customers with TTI brands.

You will work with cross-functional teams to boost sell-through and strengthen brand presence. You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, sales analytics, and customer engagement while traveling to assigned stores and participating in training

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening
• Valid US driver's license for at least one year
• Personal vehicle and insurance
• Travel to stores and meetings; air travel may be required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver tools
• Work nights and weekends on occasion
• Retail environment experience and time management skills
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets in The Home Depot with best-in-class B2C sales and customer service
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to boost awareness
• Maintain brand presence and merchandising; use data analytics to drive decisions
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics
• Participate in TTI training to work independently in your market
• Build relationships with Home Depot personnel for in-store execution
• Manage inventory through down-stocking and reporting
• Assist merchandising resets to place cutting-edge products
