Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive premier product lines at The Home Depot nationwide. You will boost product sell-through, deliver hands-on demos, and build strong retailer partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan events, support marketing initiatives, and optimize merchandising to maximize impact while working with cross-functional teams across markets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to assigned stores and for meetings; air travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and service at The Home Depot with product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and store objectives.
• Develop relationships with The Home Depot team to enhance in-store execution.
• Effectively manage inventory levels and reporting; down-stock as needed.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support innovation and growth.
