Techtronic Industries - TTI in the United States seeks a dynamic retail specialist to drive market share growth with The Home Depot, focusing on merchandising, demos, and data‑driven decisions. You will support brand initiatives and manage in‑store execution while building strong partnerships across teams.

The role emphasizes sales targets, event planning, and collaboration with cross‑functional partners in merchandising, logistics, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Position requires travel to/ from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, etc. Air travel will be required.
• Employees will also be required to transport a small amount of company property (company devices, demo tools, tool kit, safety supplies).
• Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead and ascending/descending ladders to move product.
• Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising and data analytics.
• Develop an understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in‑store execution.
• Effectively manage inventory levels through down‑stocking and reporting.
• Participate in merchandising resets to showcase cutting‑edge products and drive growth.
