EZ Restorations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in a defined territory. You will personally engage homeowners, identify opportunities, and present tailored restoration solutions. Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed in a performance-driven environment.

You will travel within the sales territory, conduct daily meetings, build relationships with customers, and manage leads while learning to navigate insurance and claims processes with confidence.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative, though zero sales experience necessary to apply.
• Highly motivated and self driven.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions and communications.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and socially.
• Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory.
• Inspect and assess home damage, provide homeowners with an understanding of repair needs, and explain the claims process.
• File claims with homeowner’s insurance or provide retail estimates directly for necessary work.
