About the Company

Our Client is a high growth health tech company whobuilds AI agents that automate back-office work for physician practices — prior auths, claims, eligibility, and denials, around the clock. YC F25 cohort, $4.5M+ raised from top-tier investors, already live with six-figure contracts.

The Role

One of the company's first field sales hires. You'll walk into physician practices in person — pharma-rep style — get past the front desk, and book qualified meetings for the AE to close. Heavy multi-state travel most weeks, with route planning and follow-up during weeks off the road. Direct input into messaging and playbook. Clear path to AE for strong performers at an 8-person, fully remote team.

• High tolerance for rejection — comfortable knocking on the same door again next week
• US-based, willing to travel multi-state most weeks
• Comfortable with the pace of an 8-person startup

Nice to have:

experience selling to physician practices/office managers; background in healthcare billing, RCM, or prior-auth workflows; familiarity with medical terminology and payer workflows.
