Job summary

The Client is a high-growth health tech company building AI agents that automate back-office work for physician practices. You will join as an early field-sales hire, walking into physician practices in person, getting past front desks, and booking qualified meetings for the AE to close.

You will travel multi-state most weeks, plan routes, and help shape messaging and playbooks. Strong performers have a clear path to AE within a lean 8-person team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in field sales or SDR/BDR, ideally selling to medical practices.
• In-person cold prospecting with trackable meeting-booking numbers.
• High tolerance for rejection — comfortable knocking on the same door again next week.
• US-based, willing to travel multi-state most weeks.
• Comfortable with the pace of an 8-person startup.

Responsibilities

• Travel multi-state most weeks for in-person practice visits
• Build target lists, plan routes, run pre/post-visit follow-up
• Generate top-of-funnel pipeline across orthopedics, multi-specialty groups, surgery centers, and practice management companies
• Hit a quarterly qualified-meetings target
