GFiber is hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative in San Antonio to represent our award-winning internet services in residential neighborhoods. You will engage residents, build a lead pipeline, and manage relationships to deliver a great customer experience.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped sales bonuses and a clear path to higher roles as the network grows. You will travel within your assigned territory and work with a collaborative team to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Territory Engagement: meet residents at their homes to introduce GFiber services.
• Relationship Management: build and manage a lead pipeline across channels.
• Market Strategy: use Salesforce and sales tools to organize daily activities.
• Collaborative Success: work with a team to reach market sales goals.
• Tools for Success: company-provided laptop and mobile phone.
