GFiber is hiring an Outside Sales Representative, Residential in West Des Moines. You will be the face of GFiber, engaging with residents to showcase our award-winning internet and upgrade home experiences.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped sales bonuses, with a path to Senior roles as you grow within the network. Travel within your territory is required and supported by mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Note: this role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet residents at their homes to introduce GFiber’s services.
• Build and manage a lead pipeline across multiple channels.
• Utilize Salesforce and sales tools to organize daily activities.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to reach sales goals.
• Use company laptop and mobile phone provided for work.
