Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an Industrial Field Sales Representative to drive growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities within an assigned territory. You will deliver technical solutions and training to help customers improve performance and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Outside/Industrial/Technical Sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required depending on experience.
• 2+ years in outside or industrial sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales within assigned territory by developing existing accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Provide product recommendations and training to customers.
• Maintain CRM data with opportunities and pipeline information.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Management to deliver solutions.
• Travel as needed within the territory, including overnight stays.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory by developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering technical solutions that help customers improve performance, reliability, and productivity.

Essential Functions

• Build and develop existing customer accounts within an assigned territory
• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities
• Promote fluid control, filtration, fluid handling, and process solutions to industrial customers
• Provide product recommendations, application support, and customer training
• Execute a structured sales call schedule with regular customer visits
• Maintain customer activities, opportunities, and pipeline information within CRM tools
• Partner with Inside Sales, Sales Management, and supplier partners to deliver customer solutions
• Continuously expand technical product knowledge and sales expertise
• Represent Ryan Herco Flow Solutions with professionalism and integrity

Experience, Education And Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of Outside Sales, Industrial Sales, Territory Sales, or Technical Sales experience
• Industrial sales experience in fluid handling, filtration, flow control, process piping, pumps, valves, tubing, fittings, instrumentation, or related industrial products strongly preferred
• Proven ability to develop business, grow accounts, and drive revenue growth
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications and technical products
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to travel as needed within the assigned sales territory. Some overnight travel may be required
