Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking an Industrial Field Sales Representative to grow sales in the assigned territory by developing existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities. You will deliver technical solutions, train customers, and maintain CRM pipelines.

The role requires a strong technical aptitude, effective communication, and the ability to travel as needed. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and 2+ years in industrial or outside sales is strongly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Outside Sales, Industrial Sales, Territory Sales, or Technical Sales experience.
• Industrial sales experience in fluid handling, filtration, flow control, process piping, pumps, valves, instrumentation, or related industrial products strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop business, grow accounts, and drive revenue growth.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications and technical products.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel as needed within the assigned sales territory. Some overnight travel may be required.

Experience, Education And Skills
