Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Compensation: Base pay annually plus uncapped commission.

DSI Systems Inc. has an immediate opening for a Field Sales Representative. You will be the face of AT&T in national retail locations, providing training, coaching, mentoring, merchandising, and sales support within your assigned territory. You will be the subject matter expert and go-to person for all field needs related to AT&T Wireless and AT&T Internet.

To empower AT&T's business growth, effective communication of our value is essential. The right candidate will quickly learn AT&T products and our mission, build strong relationships, and grow sales within their territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Visit assigned stores regularly in person
  • Train retail associates on AT&T products
  • Provide instruction on sales techniques
  • Conduct side-by-side selling with retail partners
  • Share information on current offers and promotions
  • Distribute brochures, dummy handsets, and contracts as needed
  • Assist retail representatives with customer issues
  • Shadow retailer representatives as a trainer, coach, and mentor
  • Conduct sales events to demonstrate products and increase sales
  • Motivate retailers to meet company and AT&T objectives
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Stay current on all sales processes, products, and policies
  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers
  • Gather market intelligence
  • Act as primary contact for communication with AT&T and retail leadership
  • Ensure merchandising standards and promotional displays are current
  • Manage logistics in coordination with DSI and AT&T
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project success
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Follow supplier policies and procedures
  • Sign in/out at each visit per retailer standards
  • Maintain a positive, respectful attitude
  • Report to work on time and be prepared
  • Visit at least 5 stores daily to coach and mentor
  • Manage expenses within budget
  • Complete administrative duties promptly
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of retail experience, wireless experience preferred
  • Ability to explain and train on key brand messaging and products
  • Receptive to coaching and evolving program requirements
  • Ability to travel within a designated area with good time management
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Competitive spirit and goal-oriented mindset
  • Flexible schedule
