Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Texas to meet face-to-face with business owners, present insurance plans, and build lasting client relationships. You will develop a personal book of business, track activity in our CRM, and work with a motivated team.

This role includes on-the-ground training, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for leadership as you grow within the territory.

Qualifications

• Licensed or willing to get licensed (Health & Life) within your first 90 days.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers.
