True North Group LLC. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to proactively meet with small business owners, present comprehensive benefit packages to employee groups, and guide customers in selecting plans that best fit their needs.

You will follow up on service needs and help with claims, while building a strong personal book of business. Join a high-energy, mission-driven team that supports ongoing field coaching, uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities into leadership and territory

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience with SMBs preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Willing to learn product offerings and licensing.
