True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Marshalltown, IA to meet with business owners, present benefit packages, and build a robust client book. You’ll engage decision-makers, guide plan selections, and follow through on claims and coverage while leveraging CRM tools for activity tracking.

The role offers comprehensive training, a high-energy team, and uncapped bonuses/commissions with opportunities for growth into leadership and territory expansion.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with strong networking abilities
• Ability to build a personal book of business and manage a territory
