Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to engage with small business owners in Utah, presenting supplemental insurance options and building lasting client relationships. This role offers hands-on field work, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance within a growth-focused team.

You’ll travel to meet decision-makers, present to employee groups, and guide clients to suitable plans, while leveraging a CRM to track progress and nurture a growing book of business.

Qualifications

• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance within 90 days.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present benefits clearly to groups and individuals.

Responsibilities
