Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to meet with small business owners, present employee benefit packages, and build a personal book of business.

You will work in the field, attend group presentations, and train with a high-performing team to close deals and sustain relationships, with helpful reimbursement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales.
