US Field Sales Representative - East Coast

Your Mission:

As our Field Sales Leader for the East Coast, you'll take ownership of a vibrant territory (covering 10+ states) with an existing and expanding customer base. Your focus will be on:

  • Strategic Growth: Developing and executing strategies to penetrate existing accounts and acquire new business within the Industrial and Life Science sectors.
  • Value-Driven Engagement: Understanding customer needs deeply and showcasing how AnalytiChem's solutions provide tangible value and solve their critical challenges.
  • Collaborative Success: Partnering with our dedicated internal teams (Customer Experience, Inside Sales, and Marketing) to maximize your reach and achieve exceptional results.
  • Territory Ownership: Managing the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to successful deal closure, while building lasting customer relationships.
  • Impactful Contribution: Directly contributing to AnalytiChem's revenue growth and market leadership in the Americas.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven Sales Excellence: 3-5+ years of demonstrable success in field sales and business development within the Industrial and/or Environmental industries.
  • Market Expertise: A strong understanding of the dynamics, key players, and purchasing processes within the target sectors.
  • Relationship-Building Prowess: Exceptional ability to build rapport, establish trust, and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: The capacity to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Compelling Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and the ability to articulate technical solutions effectively.
  • Drive and Initiative: A self-starter mentality with a passion for exceeding targets and a proactive approach to business development.

  • Flexibility and a willingness to travel (30-50% within the East Coast), along with a valid passport and US driver's license.
