Job summary

Renuity is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to deliver engaging home presentations and promote our products to decision-makers in their residences. You will drive sales, negotiate contracts, and work a full schedule with weekend flexibility.

Training is provided in a top-tier program to ensure success in a competitive market. The role offers uncapped commissions with earnings potential up to $150,000–$200,000+ annually, plus comprehensive benefits and support.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license.
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.

Key Qualifications

  • Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!

• Work successfully without requiring close supervision
• This position requires a criminal background check

This is a full-time, W‑2 outside sales representative position.
