Renuity is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to deliver interactive presentations to homeowners, negotiate contracts, and drive sales with uncapped commissions. This full-time W-2 role requires evening and weekend availability and a personal vehicle.

Training is provided; no experience required. Training location in New Orleans, LA, with nationwide opportunities in a fast-growing home improvement company.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver’s license.
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision.
• This position requires a criminal background check.
