Base pay annually PLUS uncapped commission

DSI Systems Inc. has an immediate opening for a Field Sales Representative. You will be the face of AT&T in National Retail! You will provide training, coaching, mentoring, merchandising, and sales support within your assigned territory. You will be the subject matter expert and go-to person for all field needs related to AT&T Wireless and AT&T Internet.

To empower AT&T's business to grow, we need to communicate in a way that translates our value. The right person for this role will be able to come into our dynamic environment and learn AT&T products and our mission quickly. We want you to hit the ground running, build strong relationships, and grow sales within your territory.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Visiting assigned stores within your territory regularly
  • Training Retail Associates on AT&T products
  • Providing instruction and training on sales techniques
  • Conducting side-by-side selling with retail partners
  • Supplying up-to-date information about AT&T offers or promotions
  • Delivering brochures, dummy handsets, and manual contracts as needed
  • Helping retail representatives solve customer issues
  • Shadowing retailer representatives as a trainer, coach, and mentor
  • Conducting sales events in retail locations to demonstrate products and increase sales
  • Providing motivation support for retailers to achieve objectives
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals set by DSI
  • Staying current on all sales processes, products, services, and policies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with store managers
  • Gathering market intelligence on clients and competitors
  • Acting as the primary contact for communications with AT&T and retail leadership
  • Ensuring merchandising standards and promotional presentations are current
  • Managing program logistics in coordination with DSI and AT&T
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support project success
Additional Responsibilities
  • Adhering to policies and procedures
  • Signing in and out at each visit
  • Modeling positive behavior within and outside the organization
  • Maintaining a positive, respectful attitude
  • Reporting to work on time and being prepared
  • Visiting at least 5 stores daily to coach and mentor staff
  • Managing expenses within budget
  • Completing administrative tasks timely
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of retail experience, wireless experience preferred
  • Ability to explain and train on brand messaging and products engagingly
  • Receptive to coaching on program updates and initiatives
  • Ability to travel within a designated area with good time management
  • Clean driving record and proof of insurance
  • Competitive spirit to achieve goals
