Astound seeks a results-driven outside sales professional to represent our residential services in the Dallas, TX area. This field-based role combines face-to-face customer engagement with strategic marketing to grow our customer base and brand presence.

The position offers a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential reaching six figures for top performers. Schedule runs Tuesday–Saturday with weekend flexibility, and a strong emphasis on exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face meetings.
• Discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Astound in the field.
• Attend scheduled sales meetings and report progress to management.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and competitors.
