Astound seeks a results-driven Outside Sales Representative for residential door-to-door outreach around the Dallas, TX area. You will start with a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000 and potential for six-figure income for high performers.

Role requires face-to-face engagement, driving, and an ability to cultivate new residential customers through outbound prospecting and zone-based coverage.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to engage residents and customers.
• Ability to organize daily field activities and manage schedules independently.
• Strong presentation and influencing abilities to explain service plans.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
