Job summary

Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential sales professional to cover the Dallas, TX area. You’ll engage residents and property managers in person, discuss service options, and sign up new customers.

The role offers a base salary of $34,000 with uncapped commissions, aiming for total earnings up to $90,000 and beyond with strong performance. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with some weekend flexibility, and comprehensive benefits accompany regular full-time status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building and time-management skills.
• Sales-quota driven and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign up orders.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and build Astound brand awareness.
• Represent Astound in face-to-face, door-to-door outreach within the Dallas, TX market.
• Report sales statistics to management and attend mandatory sales meetings.
