Job summary

Potere Search is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to build strong relationships with field personnel, growers, and distributors across California's Central Valley. You will own the full sales cycle, identify new customers, and plan actions for project execution of our Liquid Natural Clay technology.

Responsibilities include delivering sales results, networking with industry reps, and coordinating deliveries, payments, and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience in B2B or field sales within agriculture or related sectors.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in a growing market.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales results from lead identification to closed deals and secure positive customer references.
• Identify new customers, understand their business, assess needs, and develop action plans for project execution (production and application of LNC).
• Network with industry representatives (irrigation, seed, fertilizer, etc.) to increase sales opportunities.
• Build product and market knowledge to enhance credibility with customers.
• Serve as the primary contact between customers and the company, including deliveries, payments, and after-sales service.
• Manage the territory, including budgeting and forecasting, and define risk per payment and credit policies.
