Job summary

Rebel Athletic LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop our presence in the Studio Dance market. In this remote role, you will serve as the main connection between Rebel and local programs, meeting in person to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.

This position demands a commitment of at least 40 hours per week, with potential for increased hours during peak times. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing customer interactions, and representing Rebel at events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and own a defined geographic territory with accountability for results.
• Spend a minimum of 50% of time prospecting within your territory.
• Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
