Job summary

Hoffman\'s Exterminating in New Jersey is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet residential clients, survey properties, and present pest control solutions in a commission-rich role.

The position offers a company vehicle, robust benefits, and opportunities to grow within Arrow Exterminators family. A high school diploma and valid Driver\'s License are required, with willingness to obtain state licenses; 40-hour workweeks are standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory licensing exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven Sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients and develop prospective business.
• Schedule appointments and perform prompt follow-up.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including crawl spaces and assess damages.
• Offer solutions and explain benefits honestly and clearly.
