Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet new clients, assess pest control needs, and build lasting relationships in the community. You will conduct on-site home evaluations, provide estimates, and present solutions with honesty and clarity.

You must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly. A passion for sales and customer service will help you succeed in a fast-paced, field-based role at Arrow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass state regulatory licensing exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven sales ability.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients and develop prospective business deals.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including attic crawls and space assessments.
• Build rapport with potential customers and close new accounts.
• Maintain schedules, organize follow-ups and service appointments.
