Responsibilities

• Process merchandise returns and issue credits per policy.
• Ensure neat and orderly UNFI product appearance.
• Notify customers of product deliveries and status.
• Assist hanging shelf tags and promotional POS/POP materials and resets.
• Sell promotional and sales programs as assigned.
• Follow HACCP and SQF policies where applicable.
• Address customer product requests and keep management informed.
• Attend meetings; provide backups for other sales reps when needed.
