Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to use handheld devices and computer systems; proficient with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage requiring repair.
• Follow up with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing solutions.
• Use pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
