Job summary

Spectrum is hiring for a residential door-to-door sales role in the United States. You will acquire new customers in MDUs with up to 49 doors using a consultative approach, targeting growth in assigned territories and meeting monthly sales goals.

The position offers a base salary plus incentives with total compensation potential over $100,000 for top performers. Employees may receive free or discounted Spectrum services as part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–6+ months of sales or customer service experience desired.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition via door-to-door sales in MDUs with 49 or fewer doors.
• Deliver consultative sales to understand customer needs and meet targets.
• Complete sales documentation accurately (orders, dispositions, reporting).
