Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a door-to-door sales representative to acquire new residential customers in assigned non-bulk MDU properties with 50+ doors, using a consultative approach to meet customer needs and sales targets.

You’ll spend most of your time outdoors, in varying weather, with a competitive base salary plus lucrative incentives that can push total compensation well over $100,000 annually. Spectrum services are included as benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires DMV driving record acceptable by company standards.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk extensively.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Meet or exceed established monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Engage potential customers in non-bulk multi-dwelling unit properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers
• Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new Spectrum services within assigned properties.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy, using appropriate tools and resources, and follow through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' activities, pricing, and offers and inform supervisor of changes.
• Attend sales meetings and training programs; apply learning to improve results.
• Accurately complete documentation to support sales activities, including dispositions, orders, and reporting.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to policy.
