Job summary

A leading paint manufacturing firm is looking for a Field Sales Representative based in Cranberry Township, PA, to support The Home Depot. The candidate will partner with store management to implement sales growth plans, engage customers, and analyze sales data. Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least one year of sales experience. The role offers a base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 along with the possibility of an annual bonus, driving reimbursements, and a 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma with 1 year of sales experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience can include educational classes and/or internships.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with The Home Depot management teams to develop sales growth plans.
• Engage customers in-store to introduce PPC products.
• Utilize CRM to increase sales growth.
• Analyze territory sales performance and develop business plans.
• Identify in-store selling opportunities for product displays.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts through cycle counts.
• Maintain color centers and perform shelf maintenance.
