Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Greater Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Outside Sales Rep focused on new business account development for the uniform rental service line. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, present service programs, and hit sales quotas.

The role requires 3+ years of quota-driven B2B sales experience and CRM familiarity, ideally with Salesforce. A strong work ethic and a clean driving record are expected. Territory covers the Cedar Rapids area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-driven B2B hunter (new business development) sales experience.
• Industry experience in uniform service or linen service is a plus.
• Excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Clean driver's license/MVR.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold calling business clients in the field (in person).
• Developing and qualifying leads within territory using cold call selling techniques.
• Providing prospective customers with customized solutions of products and services such as uniform lease, rental, laundering and maintenance.
• Meet regular sales quota and sales activity targets.
• Researching market to gather information on prospective new customers and other relative market information.
• Entering initial orders for new customers and preparing agreements.
• Coordinate initial deliveries with the new customers and route sales representatives.
• Maintain notes in CRM and prepare sales activity reports.
