Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive direct sales of supplemental insurance solutions. You will operate as an independent contractor, leveraging your network to build and manage a US-based territory with in-person, B2B engagements.

The role offers a weekly draw, uncapped commissions and bonuses, and a schedule Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work. A strong emphasis on relationship-building and results-driven performance is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain with training provided.
• 5+ years post-high school professional experience or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment.
