Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to identify new business opportunities in your territory and build relationships with business owners and managers. You will present tailored supplemental insurance solutions that deliver real value while driving sales with integrity and client focus.

You will also share insights, mentor teammates, and contribute to team success while pursuing personal goals in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Already licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain your state Health & Life producer license (training and reimbursement provided)
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
