Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to champion our supplemental insurance solutions with business clients in person, in a dynamic, quota-driven environment.

You will build deep relationships with business owners and managers, present tailored protections, and close deals while upholding integrity and service. This independent contractor role offers autonomy, mentorship, and pathways to leadership within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Health & Life producer or willing to obtain license (training provided)
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
