Job summary

Astound is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative in Illinois to acquire residential customers through door-to-door outreach. You will present service options, prepare quotes, and close sign-ups while building local brand awareness.

You will work in a fast-paced field role with a base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commissions and strong incentives. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Residential door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and referral sources.
• Pursue leads provided daily with enthusiasm.
• Discuss service needs and provide quotes leading to sign-ups.
• Understand property details within assigned portfolio and tailor solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
