Astound is seeking a dynamic outside sales professional to drive residential, door-to-door sales in Illinois. Start with a $40,000 base salary and uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential up to $89,000+ when targets are met.

You will engage residents and property managers, present service options, and close sign-ups in a fast-paced field environment. Reliable transportation and a proactive, customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced field sales environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Must be motivated, self-starter with autonomy and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions with residents, property management groups, and referral sources.
• Pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property-specific elements within the portfolio and explain service needs and solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and service levels; ensure customer needs are met.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
